At Shock Me Pools, we take the safety of our customers, employees, and carriers seriously. Because many of our products are classified as hazardous materials (Dangerous Goods), we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. These products require special handling, transportation, and disposal procedures that prevent us from safely taking them back.
Due to DOT and EPA regulations, items such as pool chemicals, acids, oxidizers, and other hazardous substances cannot be returned or reshipped once they leave our facility. This policy ensures compliance with federal safety standards and helps us protect both our customers and the environment.
While returns are not possible, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery:
You received the wrong product or quantity
Your product was damaged or leaking upon arrival
Your order was lost in transit or undeliverable
There is a quality or performance concern
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Our goal is to make it right—safely, fairly, and fast.
